I watched both disks more than once and I watched my favorite interviews on the second disk 5 or 6 times. Pick out the ones that have meaning for you and watch them over and over. Love this Book, Great Affirmations |

Louise Hays books are very positive and uplifting. I love the affirmations in this book. I do believe that the mind's beliefs can manifest in the body. Whether or not it manifests from these certain beliefs into these certain parts of the body I am not sure. In any case the "gift edition" of the book is beautiful and it reminds me to be positive, believe that I am valuable, and helps me identify my beliefs which gives me the opportunity to change the one's I want to change. |
